AR12 Racing Championship Presented by Thrustmaster T&C

By signing up for the AR12 Racing Championship Presented by Thrustmaster  (hereinafter referred to as the "Tournament"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

1.1 Participants must be 16 years of age or older to enter the Tournament.

1.2 Participants must have a stable internet connection that can support online gaming.

1.3 Participants are only allowed to join a single race of the season. If a participant disconnects or fails to qualify for the finale, they are not allowed to participate in another race. 

2. Fair Play:

2.1 Participants must compete in a fair and sportsmanlike manner. Cheating, including but not limited to hacking, exploiting, or using unauthorized software, is strictly prohibited. Participants found to be cheating will be immediately disqualified from the Tournament.

3. Game Ownership:

3.1 Participants must own a legitimate copy of the game "Forza Motorsport (2023)" in order to compete in the Tournament.

4. Use of Name and Likeness:

4.1 By signing up for the Tournament, you grant the organizers the right to use your name, likeness, and gameplay footage in promotional content related to the Tournament. This promotional content may be featured on AR12Gaming and Thrustmaster channels, as well as other affiliated media platforms.

4.2 Participants may be required to provide additional consent or releases for the use of their name and likeness as specified by the organizers.

5. Code of Conduct:

5.1 Participants are expected to adhere to a high standard of sportsmanship and respect for other competitors and the Tournament organizers.

5.2 Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior towards other participants or Tournament staff will not be tolerated. Violators may be subject to penalties, including disqualification from the Tournament.

6. Tournament Format:

6.1 The specific format, schedule, and rules of the Tournament will be provided to participants prior to the start of the Tournament.

6.2 Tournament rules, such as race settings, scoring systems, and other gameplay-related details, will be outlined in the official Tournament documentation.

7. Prize and Rewards:

7.1 Information about prizes, rewards, and distribution will be provided separately in official Tournament documentation. Participants are responsible for complying with any tax obligations / import dutys or other related fees associated with their prizes.

8. Disqualification:

8.1 The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or the Tournament rules.

8.2 Disqualification decisions made by the organizers are final and not subject to appeal.

9. Liability:

9.1 Participants acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their own actions and participation in the Tournament. The organizers, sponsors, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of participation in the Tournament.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

10.1 The organizers reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions, Tournament rules, or any other aspect of the Tournament at their discretion. Participants will be informed of any such changes in a timely manner.

By signing up for the AR12 Racing Championship Presented by Thrustmaster, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in your disqualification from the Tournament.
