Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1 to 14 business days. The estimated processing time will be shown during checkout and in your order confirmation email.
- All orders are shipped via Canada Post or ChitChats.
- Once a package is marked as delivered, it is considered successfully delivered for refund or cancellation purposes.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping.
What happens if I provide an incorrect address?
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.
- Incorrect addresses may cause delivery delays.
- If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it will be returned to us. The order will be refunded minus the shipping cost paid to Canada Post or ChitChats. The customer will need to place a new order if they wish to receive the item.
- If you need to modify your shipping address, we’ll do our best to help. However, changes may not be possible once processing has started or if a shipping label has already been created.
Who is responsible for customs and import taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes. Any delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.
Order Modification & Cancellation Policy
To ensure accuracy and avoid processing errors, we do not manually adjust shipping addresses, correct typos, or modify order details (such as changing sizes or items) after an order has been placed.
If any changes are needed, we will cancel the original order, and the customer will need to place a new order with the correct details. However, cancellations can only be processed before the item has shipped.
If the order has already shipped, we will wait until the item is returned to us before addressing any issues.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Returns
If you’d like to request a return, please contact us at store@ar12gaming.com within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible, returned items must:
✅ Be unused and in their original condition
✅ Include original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once we receive the return, we will issue a refund minus the shipping cost paid to Canada Post or ChitChats.
Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
- Limited-time drops are not eligible for cancellations, returns, or exchanges after they have shipped as they are made to order.
