USA Shipping Update

Update May 20th:

We’ll continue taking orders as usual, but due to the upcoming Canada Post strike starting May 22nd, our final shipment before the disruption will go out on May 21st.

Any orders placed after that which rely on Canada Post shipping (including most international and some Canadian deliveries) will be held until the strike is over or alternate shipping becomes available.

If you want your order shipped before the delay, we recommend checking out before noon on May 21st.

We’ll keep you updated with any changes as we learn more.

U.S. Tariffs Are Now Being Applied to Some Orders

Recently, the United States introduced new import tariffs that affect packages coming in from outside the country — and yes, that includes our store here in Canada.

Here’s what you need to know if you’re in the U.S.:

  • Stickers-only orders are unaffected — they ship in envelopes and won’t be charged any tariff or customs fees.

  • Clothing and accessories (like clothing or mouse pads) may now trigger customs or tariff fees upon arrival.

  • These charges are set by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We don’t collect or control these fees, and they vary by item and destination.

If you’re ordering from the U.S., we recommend keeping an eye out for any customs notices after your order ships.

Canada Post Strike Starts May 22nd

Canada Post has announced a strike starting May 22nd, and unfortunately, this will impact all shipments that rely on Canada Post services.

What this means:

  • If your order uses Canada Post shipping, we’ll have to hold your package until the strike is resolved or alternate shipping is available.
